What area of the world is Lithuania in?

In the Assemblies of God we are in the Eurasia Region, anc we are considered Eurasia Northwest area since we are located in the most NW area of all Eurasia.  Lithuania is a part of a  loose federation of countries that came together after the Soviet Union collapsed.  It includes all the former Soviet Republics except the Baltic Republics.  (The Assemblies of God does not include the "stans" [Kazahkstan, Kyrghstan, Tadjikistan, etc.] in this grouping as they have their own culture and religion.) The countries in the Eurasia Northwest include:  Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia & Ukraine. Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia border the Baltic Sea.

How can I pray for you?

1. Pray that monthly commitments would increase rather decrease.
   
2. Pray for wisdom as I search for fresh ways to reach the children in Lithuania.
   
3. Pray for a fresh Spirit in the Land of Lithuania.
   
4. Pray that God would raise up strong Nationals for the children
5. Pray that God would send the perfect assistant to help lead the way in Lithuania.

If you would like to make a pledge toward our ministry, you will need to fill out a pledge form.  You can receive one by sending an email to sharonsharonmccammon com (it is in this format to avoid spamming). That is only the first step, however.  Next, you need to actually send in the pledge form and your first offering.  Headquarters will send you a receipt,  envelope, and a certificate of your pledge.  The receipt will have a portion you can tear off and put in the envelope, along with you next month's offering.  It works kind of like a bill, but don't think of it that way.

What is a "Monthly Pledge Budget?"

A monthly pledge budget is the amount of money missionaries are required to raise. Everyone needs an income, and missionaries are no different.  Missionaries also need money to carry out their work. Therefore, we have two sides to our budget, the personal and the work. This budget is formulated and overseen by the Assemblies of God World Missions.  Work funds are accounted for to the penny on a regular basis.  This is the most important budget.  Unless there are people and churches who will stand with missionaries on a monthly basis, missionaries simply cannot fulfill the call that God has placed on their lives.
